If you have lost property on one of our buses call us during our office opening hours Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm (excluding public holidays) on (02) 8522 5000.
Please note that if you have just lost an item of property, for safety reasons we will not contact the driver.
Your lost property will be more easily identified if you can describe it in detail.
If your lost property is found, we will call you back as soon as possible and inform you of where you can collect it during our office opening hours.
Lost property is recorded and kept for four weeks at which point it will be donated to charity.
Please note that perishable items such as food will be disposed of immediately.
If you find an item on the bus, please hand it to the bus driver.
