If you have lost property on one of our buses, visit https://transportnsw.info/contact-us/report-lost-property#/what-have-you-lost and complete the online form. Please provide as much detail as possible in order for your lost property to be easily identified.

Once the form is lodged our customer service team will be able to match it against any lost property returned to our depot(s). If your lost property is found, you will be contacted and informed of where you can collect it from. Lost property is recorded and kept for four weeks at which point it is donated to charity.

Please note that if you have just lost an item of property, for safety reasons we will not contact the driver. Unfortunately, perishable items such as food will be disposed of immediately.

If you find an item on the bus, please hand it to the bus driver.
